Scoop Card Donation
Scoop cards are able to be redeemed at any of our store locations for any menu item.
HOW TO PICK UP YOUR DONATION:
48 hours after completing the below donation form you can pick up the SCOOP CARDS from our store location. We will have them in an envelope at the register with your name on it.
